Lord God calls on Ezekiel

The Lord God calls on Ezekiel  (33:7-9) to warn the wicked to turn from their evil ways; if not, they shall surely die. We read, however, in Psalm 32 (1-7) that if we confess our sin to God and repent, He will forgive us, surrounding us with love and protection. We are to honor those in authority (Romans 13:1-10) and those who govern us on earth and do good rather than evil, following Jesus’ commandments. Jesus explains to His disciples in Matthew 18 (verses 1-5) how a little child’s humble faith is an example of greatness and highly honored by God.
