Psalm 107 (verses 1-9) praises the mercy and love of God for those who receive Him with gladness, love and faith. Ephesians 2 (verses 1-10) emphasizes that we are saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ who died and brought us deliverance from sin, death and the devil. Finally we read in John 3 (verses 14-21) those wondrous words, “for God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life”.
