In Isaiah 52:7-10, the prophet speaks of the coming good news of our salvation and Psalm 2, the psalmist affirms the blessed are all who take refuge in the Lord. The writer of Hebrews (1:1-6), reminds the reader of the Son “whom he (God), appointed as the heir of all things” (1:2). John writes, in his profound Gospel, “the Word became flesh,” when Jesus entered human history (John 1:1-14). May the grace of our Lord be with you this Christmas!
